.Placing Orders

You are responsible for ensuring that you are ordering the correct goods, having established that they are exactly what you want in terms of specification, options and colour. Shoreline (UK) Limited will not accept return of goods other than damaged or faulty goods. Before purchasing from Shoreline (UK) Limited you are deemed to have read these terms and conditions and understood them. All products offered are subject to availability.

.Order Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a confirmed delivery date free of charge. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods have not been unpacked or assembled, and are in a re-saleable condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of those goods. You would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods. If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Shoreline (UK) Limited, we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation less 15% re-stocking charge.

.Description Of Goods

All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

.Payment And Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of UK mainland delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. Payment of goods is to be made in full prior to the goods being dispatched either by credit card or cleared cheque. All prices include VAT at 20% (as from 4th January 2011) but are subject to change without notice.


Allow approx 2 -3 days from receipt of order for delivery (UK Mainland). Shoreline (UK) Limited will always endeavour to adhere to delivery estimates but they are unfortunately estimates and even with the most efficient systems, things sometimes do go wrong and often this is outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods and time is not of the essence.Goods are dispatched in perfect condition by a courier that requires a receipt signature by the addressee confirming the goods have been received in the same condition. Goods are shipped on a pallet and is a doorstep / goods inwards delivery service only. Any damaged goods must be refused and the courier informed to return to the goods to Shoreline (UK) Limited.Any internal damage to the goods must be reported in writing to our office within 3 working days, otherwise Shoreline (UK) Limited will not be held responsible.

.Receipt Of Goods

Check the condition of the consignment and note any apparent damage on the delivery note. If the consignment appears to have significant damage then please refuse the delivery and specify the reason to the courier. In the event of either of these events happening then please report this immediately to our customer care team.

.Damage Notice

All products must be unpacked and checked for damage within 24 hours of delivery.If any loss or damage is discovered, you must notify us in writing within 24hrs. We cannot accept Any claims for damages outside of this time frame .

.Faulty Goods

Goods received as faulty will be replaced with the same model within a reasonable time depending upon availability. If a replacement is not available then a full refund excluding carriage will be made. Faulty goods must be returned at your expense by courier and include transit damage insurance. The goods must be in the original packing and include all accessories and instruction books. Any missing items or transit damage will be chargeable to you.


Shoreline (UK) Limited guarantee is 12 months from date of purchase on an ex-works basis subject to correct installation and usage. Faulty items can either be returned to Shoreline (UK) Limited or alternatively taken to one of our nearest authorised service agent for repair details of which can be obtained by contacting Shoreline (UK) Limited. Repaired faulty items sent to Shoreline (UK) Limited will be returned to you at our expense.
